This Refund & Digital Product Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and access to digital products are handled on Cash Powered AI.
1. Digital Products
Cash Powered AI may offer digital products including, but not limited to:
- online courses
- digital downloads
- templates or guides
- memberships or access-based content
All products are delivered digitally and do not involve physical shipping.
2. No Automatic Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Once access to a digital product is granted, it cannot be returned.
3. EU & UK Consumer Rights (GDPR / Digital Content)
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have statutory consumer rights.
By purchasing a digital product from Cash Powered AI, you acknowledge and agree that:
- access to digital content begins immediately after purchase
- you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content
- you acknowledge that this waives your right to a 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law, where applicable

Refunds are not provided for:
